specialized in the development of Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality solutions for enterprises.

We focus on what we see as the first vertical applications for business purposes, developing specific

products and solutions based on technologies.

Qbit is a networked company formed by people who share the same values and vision.
Our senior staff and some of our collaborators work in the field of virtual reality since over 10 years, while
our advisers have mastered unique expertise in this field, through a number of outstanding experiences.

Our team is located between Silicon Valley in the US, and in Venice, Italy, allowing us to follow
projects internationally and be near our clients, in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Philip Rosedale

Philip Rosedale is CEO and co-founder of High Fidelity Inc., a company devoted to exploring the future of next-generation shared virtual reality. Prior to High Fidelity, Rosedale created the virtual civilization Second Life, populated by one million active users generating US$700M in annual transaction volumes. In addition to numerous technology inventions (including the video conferencing product called FreeVue, acquired by RealNetworks in 1996 where Rosedale later served as CTO), Rosedale has also worked on experiments in distributed work and computing, including Coffee & Power and Worklist.net.

Michael Min

Michael Min began his career at Industrial Light & Magic as a Technical Director on such films as “Men In Black II”, “The Mummy Returns”, “Star Wars: Episode I”, “Sleepy Hollow” and “Mission Impossible”, with over a dozen film credits. Michael also worked at Dreamworks Animation, where acted as the Supervising Technical Director on the DreamWorks CG-animated feature “Madagascar”. While at Dreamworks, he worked to develop global film productions through their joint-venture with Technicolor. Currently, he is working as the Workflow Architect for the Moving Picture Company visual effects house in SoHo, London. Michael is also a Partner at Zvky Design Studios and Zinfinity Games.

Gene (Ginsu) Yoon

Gene has been a product leader, a founder, a startup exec, a venture capitalist and a lawyer. At Google, he led product development for systems that protected the world’s largest online advertising business. At Linden Lab, he was a key executive in building the business of Second Life to a $100 million run rate. At Airespace, he was general counsel and a key negotiator in their half-billion dollar sale to Cisco. Currently he divides his time between writing, advising startups, and real estate development.

Founder and CEO
Expert in Virtual Reality. Futurist and technology evangelist, speaker, entrepreneur. Mattia interacts with innovators and innovation centers globally, to bridge research on new technologies, future ecosystems and the business environment.

Stefano Tenca

Program Manager
Technology lover and video game aficionado, Stefano turned his passion into his work. He manages virtual reality projects at Qbit, taking advantage of Prince2 Methodology. Stefano has also worked for a cultural association called Floydseum, which is the first spreading the art of Pink Floyd through a 3D online VR museum dedicated to the English rock band. Stefano participated at Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation Projects funded by the EU Commission, managing the ICT components of each pilot experience.

Glenn Fisher

Among various professional experiences, Glenn has worked at Apple and has been managing the Developer Program at Linden Lab, coordinating activities with the Second Life developers ecosystem.

Alex bridges Qbit products and solutions with new and existing clients by focusing on their needs and long-term goals. Passionate about new and emerging technologies, innovations, A.I. development, and science discoveries started to deal with Marketing since the beginning of his professional career in London. First, with a disruptive tech market research company and later with a successful digital media firm.

Louise Tao

Accounting and Finance
Louise started her accounting career in 2001. She has over 16 years’ experience in public accounting and investment industry. She enjoys working with high net worth individuals and closely held businesses on accounting and tax planning. In addition to tax services, her expertise also includes trust and estate accounting report, and she has performed these for various purposes such as: gifting, estate planning, and court accounting.

Edgar Pironti

Master's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Computer Graphics and Virtual Reality. After an internship at High Fidelity Inc., at Qbit, Edgar’s work is focused on software development and user experience design for VR apps and online VR environments.
