B2B Sales Assistant (US, Commission-Based Compensation)
Qbit Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a B2B Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales growth by providing valuable support to our sales representatives and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations. This is a commission-based compensation position, offering excellent earning potential for top performers.
Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting new B2B clients within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of our VR/AR immersive experiences and the value they offer to B2B customers.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide prompt and effective responses to customer queries.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and tactics.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Basic understanding of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies is desirable.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Must be a resident of the United States.
